Please avoid referring to the BBC or Radio 4 in any marketing publications: posters/What's On brochures as the BBC likes to draw a distinction from its own events.  Your relationship with Zeb is  independent of the BBC.

Feel free to refer to Zeb as a broadcaster, newsreader or presenter - as suits but avoid wording such as

'The BBC's Zeb Soanes' , 'BBC Radio 4 newsreader Zeb Soanes'

- of course it is fine to credit and list his BBC work in a biographical context for programme notes such as the example below:

Short Biography

Zeb Soanes is a familiar and trusted voice across the BBC.  He is a Radio 4 Newsreader for those who wake up to The Today Programme and puts the nation to bed with The Shipping Forecast.  He is a regular on Radio 4’s The News Quiz, reports for From Our Own Correspondent and has presented Radio 3’s Saturday Classics.  On television his voice launched BBC FOUR, where he presented the BBC Proms and has introduced major live events for the Royal Opera House relayed to screens around the UK.  He was the Voice of God in the Aldeburgh Festival production of Noye’s Fludde to conclude the Benjamin Britten Centenary and has made a new recording of Walton's Façade with the John Wilson Orchestra to be released in 2017; other concert work includes Peter and the Wolf, Little Red Riding Hood and The Snowman.   Sunday Times readers voted him their favourite male voice on UK radio.
