Opus Anglicanum’s narrator Zeb Soanes tells the story of The Battle of Mametz Wood in the words of David Jones.  The five singers perform music by Schubert, Palestrina, soldiers songs, and Cheryl Frances-Hoad's In the Crypt of the Wood, inspired by David Jones’ drawing Vexilla Regis in Kettles Yard and commissioned by Opus Anglicanum for this sequence.
