Hoffnung for a new generation
— Daily Telegraph

Conductor and comedian Rainer Hersch ‘the world’s first classical music hooligan’ (The Sun) brings together a host of stars for a hilarious evening of April Fool’s jokes and hoaxes in support of Help Musicians UK (formerly The Musicians Benevolent Fund).

The stellar pranksters include percussionist Evelyn GlennieZeb Soanes (voice of Classic FM and formerly master of the BBC R4 Shipping Forecast) and star baritone James Oldfield – not forgetting the virtuosos of the Rainer Hersch Orchestra.

Zeb will be taking on an orchestrated edition of the Shipping Forecast.

All in all, a guaranteed laugh every four bars. A riotous feast of brilliant musical arrangements and stand-up comedy guaranteed to fill London's Cadogan Hall with glee. Once only, never to be repeated, not to be missed.
